EXERCISE REQUIRES DISCIPLINE

Health is wealth so the famous saying goes. Fat or thin does not really tell whether you are healthy or not. There must be physical check-up to be sure that your body is in good condition. The recommendations of doctors must be obeyed. Whatever we want to experiment with our body in order for us to be healthy and fit it is a must that we must ask our doctor's advice.

However, there is one thing, that even quack-doctors would agree. And that is to make it a habit to exercise everyday. Let us move our body one way or another. There are a lot of ways to motivate us to exercise just to keep our body healthy. All we need to do is to start it right away. But to begin exercising is the hardest part. When it is time to exercise, we create several reasons not to. Whether these reasons are intended or not, we dont care. Its just that its hard to wake up so much so to exercise. Some would say that they could not exercise their body because they dont have time. But would there be time for everything when we just put our mind into it?

This goes on to say that exercising is like dealing with the different experiences we have in our lives. It requires discipline. If we want to be healthy we must put our mind and heart into achieving the same. If Richard Simmons, a famous fitness personality, successfully did it, why cant we? Like Richard Simmons, there is no end in living a healthy and happy life. Exercising our body is one way of having a positive outlook in life. If we feel and see that we look healthy within and physically, then there is no stopping us from seeing things in the positive way whatever struggle might come our way.
