Marriage is one stage of our lives that should not be taken for granted. If it is possible that you should prepare for it, then you should. The author believes that when you enter into marriage, you must inculcate in your mind that in doing so you must show that you can live a better quality of life than you had before marriage. This is a stage where you can prove not just to yourself, parents and family but to all others that you are ready to face whatever may come while you were dealing with your married life.

It is but important that before entering into marriage life, you must be prepared emotionally, spiritually and financially. Financially, in a sense that you have the capacity to give your future family a better life that you once have. A successful marriage entails a better living. Say for instance you are capable in building a new house for your family. This is essential. You may not want to live with your parents or the parents of your spouse. That would be a disaster. Somehow by entering into marriage you may want to have better homes and gardens. A place where your children will grow peacefully and lovingly with you and your spouse.

It is not just the joy of living together that matters. That should not only be the consideration. Think about the future of your children and the place where you will be living together. Are you indeed ready to enter into marriage?
