Fear is one of the most basic human emotions. It is programmed into the nervous system and works like an instinct. From the time we're infants, we are equipped with the survival instincts necessary to respond with fear when we sense danger or feel unsafe.

Feeling fear within you either helps or destroys. In our day to day dealing with life, we are faced with different circumstances that might affect every inch of our emotion. The fear of being hurt by the person we love, or the fear of being in danger or the fear of losing in a game are only some of the instances that expresses fear. There are even some moments when we just dont know why we feel very uneasy of something; that there is something bad will happen. Somehow, dealing with these fears bring us to a different level of our personality. We became brave, strong and confident in facing all obstacles that may come our way. Somehow, we became an expert of fears.

Fears may come and go in our lives. This is common and this is a fact. It affects our lives in general and it affects our personality in particular. It is but a parcel of who and what we are as an individual. It is just a matter of how we deal with it that makes the difference.
