Thanks to "Iron Mill News Service" for this information. The City of Chicago has a new mayor in the person of Rahm Emanuel. Rahm Emanuel defeated the other four candidates with a very big difference in the voting results.

RAHM EMANUEL - 241,163 - 54.44 %
MIGUEL DEL VALLE - 41,614 - 9.39 %
CAROL MOSELEY BRAUN - 38,358 - 8.66 %
GERY J. CHICO - 110,915 - 25.04 %
PATRICIA VAN PELT WATKINS - 7,044 - 1.59 %
WILLIAM WALLS, III - 3,870 - 0.87 %
